JV Game at Metter Cancelled

Due to injuries and depth issues within specific groups, we will NOT be able to play the JV game scheduled for Thursday, September 4, 2025 against Metter.  Hopefully, in the coming weeks we will be able to resume our JV schedule so that all players can gain valuable game experience.

REMINDER

We WILL have football practice on Monday September 1st, 2025 from 3:00pm to 5:15pm.

We will also be feeding the players supper after practice.

This is on our football calendar, and athletes have been reminded about this all week long.  Please do not miss practice on Monday September 1st, 2025.

DUE TO WEATHER, PRACTICE WILL BE HELD AT SOUTH TATTNALL MIDDLE SCHOOL

ATHLETES WILL RETURN TO TCHS FOR PICKUP.

Team pictures will be taken this Wednesday July 16th, 2025.  

• Pictures will be taken at NORTH TATTNALL MIDDLE SCHOOL. 

• Players should report to the Fieldhouse as normal at the High School at 8:00am.  After we dress, we will depart via bus to NORTH TATTNALL MIDDLE SCHOOL for pictures.

• SENIOR PARENTS please report to NORTH TATTNALL MIDDLE SCHOOL by 10:00am.

MS Football will hold workouts on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for the next 2 weeks.

Bus transportation will be located at North and South Tattnall each morning at 7:30am.

Buses will return to North and South Tattnall after practice each day at 11:30am.

UPDATE:

2025 PICTURE DAY is Wednesday July 16th, 2025

The High School Football team will compete in a Spring Football Jamboree on Friday, May 16th at Brantley County High School in Nahunta.   Other schools participating will be Brantley County, Atkinson County and Haralson County. The jamboree begins at 6:00 PM and admission will be $5. 

We are pleased to announce that Coach Matt Wilson has been approved by the Tattnall County BOE to serve as a physical education teacher here at TCHS.  Additionally, Coach Wilson will serve as our Defensive Coordinator and Strength Coach.  Coach is coming to us from Bacon County High School and has over a decade of coaching experience.
