I met Manuel this year in my Physical Science class. Manuel is a leader among his peers, and he is very bright. I have enjoyed being his teacher and getting to know him this year.  I believe this young man needs a challenge, and I believe he can deliver.  Things come easily to Manuel, and he needs to be challenged. 

I believe he will do well  in his endeavors as long as he continues to stay focused and put in the hard work it takes to stand out among many.
