Matt Wilson Biography

Matt Wilson, Defensive Coordinator, Linebackers 

Tattnall County High School- Physical Education, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator 

Coach Wilson brings over a decade of coaching experience including serving as both an offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator.  As a high school player, Coach Wilson was a standout athlete at Americus.  Coach Wilson continued his playing experience at The University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY where he earned a full scholarship.  Due to his playing career being cut short because of injury, Coach Wilson finished his undergraduate degree at Georgia Southern and later earned his Master's Degree from Valdosta State University.
